Glutino crackers are the best by far of all the wheat free, gluten free crackers, much like a butter cracker (think ritz) it takes peanutbutter, cream cheese, and cheese perfectly. It also makes a great base for quiche and other casserole type foods that normal call for bread, pastry or saltines. I have tried many gluten free crackers these are the best in the butter cracker arenaProduct Review: taste good, need better packaging

these crackers have been compared to ritz, well they don't have the buttery taste, but for someone who can't have ritz, they are good, and I am glad to have them. However, I wish they would package them in those little plastic trays like how some cookies come, or stacked in a roll like ritz, because they are just loose in a bag and many or most are broken when you open the bag.
