I couple my use of glutamine with other, more "sexy" supplements. I've read on the benefits of glutamine supplementation and have added it to my mix, though I admit a user's not going to come away going "Wow, I feel incredible after using this product". At any rate, I've attained some goals during my workouts that I'm sure have something to do with my recent addition of glutamine. This particular product is a good size that allows you to discover whether glutamine is right for you without breaking the bank. The pills aren't incredibly huge and they're easy to digest with your favorite beverage.
