I mix 1/2 teaspoon in a small glass of 1/2 juice and 1/2 water twice a day, while I fix breakfast and dinner. You must drink the mixture quickly because the Glucomannan starts absorbing the water and turning jello-like. 15 minutes after drinking it, I am not terribly hungry and can be satisfied eating a small meal, without being tempted to have seconds or dessert. This regimen made it easy for me to lose weight and lower my cholesterol levels, with results that my doctor called "superb" after the first 9 weeks.
