Customer Review: Best Tasting Diabetes Shake

I have used these shakes for a few years now. I use them as a quick meal replacement for breakfast or lunch if I am on the go. During some recent medical issues, I was a bit nauseous, but I could always drink these. They are great tasting and give a lot of nutrients. I do wish that they had a little more protein in them. Anyway, now that I am feeling better, I still use these shakes because I like them. Once in a while, I even use them to make 'real' shakes....I put one in a blender with banana, ice, a tsp. of sugar-free pudding and a few drops of vanilla extract.....A great (and filling) way to start my day!
