Because I've had insomnia since elementary school I've given most potential remedies at least one try. The Glo To Sleep mask is soft and comfortable on my face, so wearing it through the night is not difficult. Focusing on sequences of the glow-in-the-dark blue bars really does empty my mind of churning worries and repetitive thoughts.
Did it solve my own sleep problem? No, but the mask is not to blame. I have dry eyes and could not physically keep them open long enough to allow my clearing mind to drift into sleep before my eyes began to water and disrupted the process. For insomnia sufferers with normal eyes, I believe this mask could be a huge ally in the battle for sleep. It is absolutely worth a try.
As an aside, Tools For Wellness is easy to deal with. I would definitely order from them again. And the Glo To Sleep company that makes the mask is also honorable and responds to customer emails. They truly want to help people conquer their sleep problems.
