This is a cute little teapot. But, it does not hold the 20 oz. as stated. At 18 oz. it is overflowing from the spout, and that is without the strainer or any tea in it. So, if you want tea for one, no problem, but if you want enough for a couple of you, you need a larger teapot.Product Review: Lovely
