I use this brand of vitamin water all the time. The only caution I have with this particular item is there is some "fizz." I guess because it is canned. I probably won't buy this particular item agaim again, but only because I have problems with the fizz irritating my throat. I can't and don't drink anything with fizz in it, so that was the only downside. I found a solution by opening the can and letting it stand until it went "flat" so I could drink it. Other people might like/enjoy the fizz.

However this new drink contains considerably more caffeine than the non-carbonated drink.
