The grocery & drug stores, if you can *even locate* Gillette Sensor refill packs in stock, will charge you about $20 each (carton of 10 blades). Buying them this way, you get the same refill packs, in quantity - but for half the price! They're exactly the same quality, but delivered to your door in bulk... a no-brainer, if you ask me.
To make sure the blades stay fresh for the verry long time I will benefit from all this abundance I put my cartons for later use into 1 quart zip lock freezer bags along with a desiccant packet to maintain dryness.
I don't know why some reviewers chose to 1-star and seethe about a shipping charge. When I consider the climbing cost of gas lately, and what it takes increasingly to locate this particular blade, the cost of shipping becomes a minor concern.
I will add that when Sensor blades became too hard to locate I once tried Sensor Excel. The Excel has three blades instead of two, the lubricant strip is wider, and the rubber wiper is more or less appended to the bottom. These differences make the Excel blade somewhat wider. Too wide I think; as I find it harder to shave in places like close up under my nose. If you've ever compared the Sensor to the Excel you may also encounter what I mean.
