I have had the terminator for two weeks. It made the brissles on a brand new toothbrush fall out in five days! It needs to shut down after its done im affraid its going to burn up.Product Review: not sure it really works

Not to thrilled with this sanitizer. I am using distilled water, but the toothbrush bristles always turn a little discolored, and don't smell all that good after they steam. Makes me wonder if they are really getting sanitized or if it is just incubating the germs! I don't think I would buy it again if I would have known this.Product Review: works good, but runs hot!

Product does as advertised except:
1. Bottom of toothbrush is very hot when you take it out to use it each time.
2. It is always on-either in steam mode- or heat mode.

Have purchased a number of these both for myself and others(as gifts)thru the years. It's an excellent idea(to autoclave toothbrushes) and priced reasonably.
