This Germ Guardian replacement light module is extremely easy to install. Order was sent and received quickly. I have a 110-year-old Victorian house; within an hour of starting up the Germ Guardian UV filter, I could notice a difference in air quality and all musty smells were gone. I ended up buying four of them (2 for each floor) because I have allergies. My sister purchased one for her old Victorian and says it works to clean the air in her house as well. I cannot say enough about the UV technology for ridding the environment of germs, mold, and viruses. This particular unit, the Germ Guardian, is a great price, has a space age look, and is quiet. Love it. I'm pleased that it was SOOOO easy to replace the light module (which, by the way, lasted for 14 months).
