Customer Review: Had to return it, defective

Only gave this product three stars due to it being a defective unit, otherwise, this product is really great. This one would have been the second one I would have owned. I needed to return it since the dial on the front of the unit was not fuctioning properly. Customer Service from this company is excellent as well. Weel worth the money for this product as you can tell since I ordered another one.
