Well, I felt something of an energy boost the first couple times, but basically the feeling of drinking four cups of coffee. I did notice better pumps (simply due to NO, etc..), but I think my endurance and possibly strength was actually reduced. Really doesn't do much good and I'd stick with creatine/protein. Also, as some have commented, Super Dump is probably the more appropriate name....
