I gave it 3 stars for the fruit punch taste. I would give the grape 5 stars. both products are sweet and mix well in a standard 16 oz water bottle with no lumps or chunks. The fruit punch tastes better when cold but the grape is fine if it is warm. How does it work? I'd say I get better workouts when using this product and I leave the gym pumped.
