I've used supplements for more years then I care to count, and Cytolean was by far one of the worst.
Increase in energy? None.
Decrease in appetite? None
Fat loss? None
I decided to switch from Lipodrene about a month ago, due to the fact that the effects were wearing off and the only alternative was to up the daily dosage. What a mistake that was. Since August of 2007, I was using Lipodrene and right up until I started using Cytolean, I lost 44 lbs and dropped about 4 inches two pant sizes. The effects and weight loss were noticeable within the first two weeks, whereas with Cytolean, the only loss I noticed was my wallet being $30 lighter.
Also, Cytolean will give you bad breath. No, I am not talking about a tinge of morning breath; I am talking about the kind of bad breath to where your co-workers thought you ate a laundry basket full of dirty diapers for breakfast/lunch. Seriously, it's that bad.
