Customer Review: Almost intolerable, not sure if it was worth it...

I have done cleanses in the past, as well as fasting. This by far was the hardest! I have a strong mind set and was able to complete it 7 days. However, this is something I would NOT recommend, nor try again myself. *The first step* Powder mouth rinse, reminded me of wheaties, in a really horrilbe way. When you pour it in your mouth, it sticks to your gums and is hard to swish around or to remove. After the first time I started rinsing in the shower, once i swallowed it I would let the shower run in my mouth to help me keep it down and to rinse my mouth off. I then would brush my teeth w/out toothpaste. Just to get the remaining gunk off my teeth/gums. I would not use toothpaste so I was able to swallow while brushing, to get the full benefits of the mouth wash. *Step 2* By far the easiest. 6 pills, easy as pie. *Step 3* Once again, literally intolerable!!! No exaggeration, this taste like vomit. I mixed with apple juice, which made it a little easier to stomach. I had to plug my nose the whole time, and that still didn't keep me from gagging. When mixing you have to drink fast becaust it seems to get thicker the longer you let it sit. After the 7 days, I didn't really feel that i benefit'd all that much. I'm a healthy person anyway, I had just read the book and thought I would try it out. If you're doing this for certain health reasons, or even just because, I would recommend trying an alternative method. This just wasn't worth it to me.
