My doctor first recommended this product for me after a heavy round of antibiotics. I used it sporadically at first, but when I realized I was battling an entrenched yeast infection I realized I needed to use it daily. I then recommeded it to my son-in-law. He was eliminating more and more foods from his diet because they caused stomach pain and diarrhea. He was so happy when the condition improved. I knew something was not right with my digestion...for years, even decades I had constant food cravings and abdominal pain. My doctor could find nothing wrong, he used MRI, bariun enema, x ray, to no avail.
My weight had been going up along with my age, here i was.. 260# 60yo.
I looked on the web for any advise or help. I found Garden Of Life digestive enzymes and the probiotics in this review.. Within a day my food cravings began to lessen and my gut pain subsided. After two weeks the situatuion is getting even better.. I have a normal appetite, I feel full after a modest meal and I am actually able to walk past delicious food because I am not hungry. Believe me I ALWAYS ate everything before.
Maybe the resutls are not the same with all people, but these products sertainly work for me.

My husband has taken this product for a couple years and it has helped some of the adverse problems caused by his Crohns diease, like gas and diarrhea. I also used for my problem of constipation, it also helped me.
I found it cheaper on Amazon and ordered. The problem came in when we both could not swallow with out choking. I called Garden of Life and they said it was made with there new coating and we could just grind it and take it that way. This has caused my husband to change product, I still take it ground with applesauce at night. For a product we learned to love to one I work to get it down.
