Recommended! Probiotics are a must for healthy bacteria in your system especially since using antiobiotics, which kills ALL bacteria, good & bad. It's what makes yogurt important but without the dairy. Uses plant formula for the bacteria strains, so it's more absorbable. Use it for my dogs;works great on them along with hemp oil. Just half a tablet per day:myself I don't use these multiple takings; about 2 for myself. That's fine...better than not taking it!!!Product Review: Super Green Food to meet vegetable needs

This caplet is perfect for the person on the go who really doesn't have the time to sit down to a balanced meal. Take with a glass of water and it will digest easily, giving your body the nutrition it needs to help rebuild muscle and keep your brain functioning smoothly. My husband does hard physical labor every day in construction and he swears by this for recovery and maintenance. For me, I work on the computer all day and sometimes don't take time out for lunch, so this keeps me going and I have not had any severe colds or flu in the three years since I have been taking it.
