Fucothin is not an instant miracle product and it's not advertised to be. Over time I have noticed a difference in how my clothes fit through the abdomen. When I stopped using Fucothin for about a month, I noticed that my clothes were getting tighter and tighter. After I resumed taking Fucothin for several weeks, then I noticed the reduction again. Have used this product for 5 months. My first two bottles purchased at a local health food store. I lost a couple of inches early on then started purchasing online as it was quite a bit cheaper. I wonder if it is same quality product as I have not lost any more.
