Product Review: FUCOTHIN: Pros and Cons

I've been taking Fucothin for three weeks. I have lost 7 pounds in 17 days which is a healthy loss rate. However, I suspect a 1000-1200 daily calorie count has done most of the work. I have not been exercising due to a pulled muscle. I will say it's been easier to eat that little than I would have suspected and perhaps that's due to the Fucothin. However, that is not one of their claims.
I have not had any problems with urine or "jitters" but the reason I am taking time to write this is there is a DEFINITE issue with SLEEP DEPRIVATION! There have been three times now where I've missed my "dinner pills" and have taken them at 8:00 or 9:00 and all three times were the ONLY times I had problems sleeping - awake unti 1:00 or 2:00 am. There is no doubt in my mind there is a correlation.
In addition, when you start doing the math, taking 9 pills a day makes this product a $[...] per month investment. I can eat very healthily buying everything fresh and natural for that money.
I will be discontinuing the Fucothin when the bottle is done at 6 pills per day - about another week. I'll see whether the weight loss stops and/or I regain.

I have been taking Fucothin as directed: 3 softgels a day for 6 days . My appetite has decreased, and my food cravings have decreased. I have lost 6 lbs in 6 days. I am exercising 4 times a week and that is nothing new for me. I have always exercised. My diet is pretty much the same, just smaller portions. I eat whenever I am hungry. This product is truly amazing. I have no side effects of nervousness like on some of the other products and my appetite has truly decreased and I feel great.
Garden of Life has always made good holistic supplements so when they came out with this I did not hesitate. Try it. It is definately worth every penny.
