Product Review: Burns calories without jitters or heart discomfort!

I started taking this product after reading Jordan Ruben's latest book "Perfect Weight America", but have not had a chance to incorporate any of the other recommendations in the book and I have lost weight! I have been taking this product for about a month now, so I have seen quicker results than was suggested in the book. This has motivated me to add more of his reccomendations! I plan on adding organics to my diet next and, since my energy seems to be coming back (another added benefit from Fucoxanthin that I have noticed) I want to start working out! (Like I ever thought I would ever say that!) I would reccomend it to anyone!Product Review: Constipated

I started taking it a few months back and became SEVERELY constipated. To put it in perspective - I had my gallbladder out and so I usually have very 'fast' bowels. I took the recommended dose - lost zero pounds - even w/ diet and exercise. The constipation was so bad that I didn't go for three days and when I did it was very painful. I gave them to my mother-in-law who wanted to try it... same thing happened to her even though her health is nearly perfect.
Garbage.

I was disappointed that this product did absolutely nothing. I have about 25 pounds to lose, exercised (Bikram yoga) a minimum of 3X per week, and kept calories under 1500. After 2 months, the only weightloss I experienced was in my wallet!Product Review: Didn't work for me

I decided to try fucothin because of recent articles I had read on the product and its ability to increase metabolism without changing your diet or exercise habits. I bought two bottles because it claims to take six weeks to work. My job is extremely physical, but otherwise I did not change anything. I was about halfway through the second bottle before I noticed the smelly urine. Luckily I had read the previous reviews, so I knew what was happening. Unfortunately, I did not have the weight loss that the others claimed, or I wouldn't have minded the smell. I had actually gained two pounds. Between the rotten vegetable smell and the weight gain, I decided it wasn't worth it to keep taking the pills. I had even tried doubling up the doses like another person suggested just to get rid of the pills faster. Another side effect was the warm patches that would appear on various areas of my body. So I was getting the thermal effect, it just wasn't causing me to lose weight. But the extra heat sure is good for winter in Wisconsin! Bottom line: don't expect a miracle pill, it isn't going to work for everyone. Proper diet and exercise is the best way to go.Product Review: Diet Pills

I think the product was pretty good - I still have not lost weight, but what I have heard its gradual weight loss which is better. I feel good and have more energy, I have a few friends who have tried this and lost weight.... I am hoping soon I will begin to loose weight. My appetite did decrease...
