I have been taking this for about 2 months. I am a very active person, and I do eat relatively healthy...but I definitely cheat. It does take about 6 weeks to fully kick in. You need to build up to the 9 pills a day. Once you do...it's amazing. The only side effects that I have noticed are being more thirsty, and the first time I took 3 pills at a time, it made me feel very light headed. I wake up every morning with a flat stomach. It's curbed my appetite. I've dropped 1 pant size, without really putting in any more effort than normal. It's gotten me over my plateau. I have to wonder how diligent people were that claim it hasn't worked. It's not some miracle pill that you can just sit around and eat fast food and lose weight. If you need something to boost your metabolism to get over the weight loss hump, this is definitely worth it.Product Review: Beware-this can make you GAIN weight

I used this overpriced product for several weeks, and it made me GAIN weight, despite a 1000-calorie-per-day diet and doing strenuous exercise 6 days per week. I'm extremely angry about this. I will return to using Biochem's Fat Metabolizer; with that, I can lose an extra pound or two per week, but first I'll have to lose the weight I gained from this product!
