The Perfect Meal Chocolate Shake w/Florida orange juice is a winner everyday for me for breakfast - filling, satisfying, nutritious, and delicious. However, I would strongly suggest consuming it within a few minutes of mixing it as one time I mixed it w/o.j. but didn't drink it until about an hour or two later...it was SO thick that it became no small challenge to drink it all down! I normally have a problem with meal replacements keeping me full for long but not anymore. I love the taste and even better I like that I can have it for breakfast and it will keep me full until lunch. I add an extra tbsp of cocoa powder and tbsp of splenda just to give it even more of a chocolate boost but that's just a personal preference.Product Review: The best meal replacement shake on the market

I have tried many different shakes and unfortunately there is a shortage of good quality meal reaplacement shakes. Thisone is made from whey protein (unlike most of them, made of highly processed soy protein), it tastes good and it's very filling. If you need to have a meal on the go, this is a good option. Only criticism: it isn't made from hormone-free milk and it's sweetened with Xylitol, not stevia - that's why it loses 1 star.Product Review: Tough to Get Down...

This is probably the healthiest brand of protein shake mix out there, but if I can't bring myself to choke it down then who cares? The "hunger management" fiber that they brag about makes the shake too thick to drink. Heaven forbid you stick it in the fridge until you've summoned the courage to try again; it turns into cement when refrigerated!
Try this brand instead: Jay Robb - Whey Protein Chocolate Flavor Powder -12 oz
It has 25g of high quality whey protein and only 1g of carbs because it's sweetened with Stevia.
