got this after I had a c-section. it's ok to use around the house, but it totally shows through clothing. it IS slimming, but the top part pokes through. I don't use it much, so it's a waste :/Product Review: waist binder

the abdominal binder was good at first. after one washing, it stretched out too much. only had it one month. looks like i had it for years. does not hold up.
