I had a Myomectomy 3 weeks ago and the binder I received from the hospital was an awful fit and uncomfortable. I saw this product on Amazon and decided to give it a try. Thank you to the reviewer who posted the sizes. My waist is 28" and hips are 37". I'm usually a size small, but I decided to go with the medium, which ended up being an excellent choice. This product has strong velcro and doesn't bunch up. It's extremely comfortable and definitely supports my abdomen. I highly recommend it!
