Great brace for the price ! Be careful on the sizing between the s/m & l/xl. If your at the end of the spectrum on the s/m,(according to their sizing ?) go with the l/xl . I've used a half dozen back supports over the years. The material in this one is the most breathable, the size seams to minimize the edges rolling over, and it is doing the job. I have a 35" waste and bought the large/x-large. I probably could have used the medium, but this size just fits. Highly recommend.Product Review: Not very durable

What more can I say? Sizes like "X Large" are necessarily vague. I'm 6'2", 225 lbs. That hardly makes me a giant in 21st century America. Also, the straps and velcro wrap all over the place. The tough fit makes the awkward straps/velcro worse.
