Product Review: Has kept me dancing

I LOVE this knee brace -- it has helped my knees enormously. I've had a lot of injuries, but I can still take 5 dance classes a week and this brace is a part of that. Yes, I do many weight exercises to strengthen my support muscles too, around my joints, but the brace really helps.
The fact that you can adjust it 3 ways is great -- just make it fit however feels right to you.
It lasts too -- this set I bought from Amazon is my 3rd set and I have been washing and wearing my first 2 sets (bought elsewhere) for YEARS -- it really does take a long time til they start to wear out -- the velcro goes eventually -- but it is WELL WORTH THE MONEY! to put it mildly...
in short, this is a GREAT product.

This was a lifesaver. Completely tore my ACL. The hospital gave me crutches and a hinged knee brace. After 2 weeks was off crutches and orthopedist said to get a lighter brace. Was concerned as I was going to be walking all over Disney World, thought I would have to cancel the trip. Knee support gave me enough support to walk around with no problems---allowed me to bend my knee to get in and out off the rides while providing me with the support I needed. Was glad to have 2--because your leg gets some what sweaty,(which wasn't unexpected as it is neoprene and black) I would just rinse it in the sink with some mild soap and hang it to dry, then put on the other one. Definitely would purchase again and recommend it to my friends.Product Review: Very good way to heal up

These are like a stretchable thin foam-fabric with velcro. I can get them really tight if I want.
Sometimes they start to slip down and I need to pull them back up a bit.
But I guess that's expected.
I think they help me heal some sore tendons. But maybe they would have healed without these. There's no way to know.
