I bought this for tendonitis in my elbow. I've tried a few of the narrow strap-type supports before and was looking a replacement that would give more support while being free of neoprene.
While this support DID NOT bother my neoprene allergies, it also did not give the amount of support I was looking for. It helped trap body heat without getting hot and uncomfortable, but really provided little added support like the narrow strap varieties.
It didn't aggrevate the condition but it didn't really seem to help either.

I have mild tendonitis which flares up occasionally. This brace prevents me from bending my elbow which aids in recovery. It's especially useful when I sleep. Also, the brace is highly adjustable, using two velcro straps, and I can tighten them to fit my arm perfectly. Very happy with the purchase!Product Review: very good

got it a month ago .. adjustable (that's GOOD) ... helped A LOT LOT !!!!
have had to modify workout profile -- but, in one month it has made a big difference
