i was using the prostretch before & after bed for a couple months with minimal improvement. so i bought this thing @ cvs on sale. i wear it at night and hobble with it to the bathroom as needed. i feel much better in the morning and don't have to warm my foot up for the first 1-2 hours of my day. doesn't cut off my circulation and i put it on pretty tight. the only negative i have to say is the velcro waking up my wife, so now i hobble to take it off elsewhere.Product Review: hard to sleep

The product did relieve some of my heel pain. However the design of the front strap squeezes your toes together when the strap is tightened. Moving the strap further from the toes, to or past the ball causes the foot to relax more. There is no adjustment for the curve (angle), the plastic is rigid so there is only one angle. I have tried a few of the "soft" splints with simular results. Due to the limited adjustments this product will fit a very limited number of feet well.Product Review: painfree at last

I have been unable to walk every morning for months because of the terrible pain in my heel when I walked. Bought this night brace ( it was the cheapest on Amazon) and decided to give it a try. I am a shoe size 8 female and the brace was very easy to attach. It has adjustable strap around your instep and an adjustable strap around the calf. The strap around the calf has 2 different velcro taps to help with adjustment (one on the left and one on the right). I had no problem with the boot staying in place. The boot is NOT designed to stretch the fasciitis, it is designed to hold the foot in a 90 -85 degree angle. At night when you relax your foot during sleep the toes relax and your foot spends 8 hours in a 45 degree angle during which the fasciitis tendon pulls tight.Thus when you wake in the morning it is very painful to walk until you restretch the tendon. This morning when I got out of bed after wearing the brace only ONE night. I could have danced. My foot was pain free. I have been doing the recommended stretchine exercises as well and I finally believe that I will evetually fully recover from this painful experience. I HIGHLY recommend this product.
