Customer Review: Good "Recovery Sock" alternative

I got these for recovering from running/cycling workouts, because I had read a lot about these new "Recovery Socks" which cost $30+. These do the same thing at half the price. If I run in the evening, I put them on after a shower and wear them until I go to bed. For me at least, they reduce soreness in the morning. The compressive part of the sock ends at the forefoot, so your toes are not mashed together, which is something I hadn't thought about but I'm glad they did. Fit is important, so make sure you read Futuro's sizing instructions if they're not listed on here. The amount of compression these provide is probably half based on how they fit (how big your calves are) and the socks compression rating. "Moderate" is a good place to start, but I think next time I'll get something tighter. They also lose some compression over time, but its nothing that would prevent me from getting these again.
