I was excited to get this because I was in search of a brace that would alleviate the pain from carpal tunnel syndrome. However, after wearing it for 15 minutes, the pain got a lot worse instead of better.

I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I currently wear a wrist brace made by Wellgate for women and it's excellent.
