This is my second pair. My first pair I used for about 3-4 years before needing replacement. I spend 8 hours a day typing and suffer from carpal tunnel. I wear these every night while sleeping and they reduce my symptoms dramatically. If I forget to wear them for a few days, I notice a difference. My only complaint is that they are awkward to wear while doing everyday activities, that is why I wear them while I am sleeping.
