I don't understand why the Futuro strap provides such pain relief in my knee, but I can put the strap on when my knee is hurting and almost immediately it starts providing relief. I will wear it sometimes for several days and then leave it off until the next time my knee starts to hurt. I would recommend it to anyone to at least try and see if it helps you. This is a well made product in the U.S.A. (woohoo!) I wore this to Half Dome and back and it kept my knee pain to the minimum. I also like the side that's touching your skin; it's made of soft felt material instead of the neoprene material, like Mueller Jumper's Knee Strap and McDavid Jumper's Knee Strap, which cause excessive sweating where it contacts the skin. I also noticed the pressure-strip is smaller and more flexible than the other brands so it fits below the knee cap better. The buckle problem mentioned by the previous reviewer is not a problem with me because there's an extension of the felt material below the buckle that separates and cushions the skin from the buckle and you just have to pull the extension to position it correctly. Last of all, you can't beat the Amazon's two-pack price and fast delivery.Product Review: Super Comfortable {Simple} Support!

The strap was exactly what my husband needed! My husband is on his feet at least 10 hours a day, so by the time he comes home he is wiped, as he is a personal fitness trainer to many celebrities and athletes. His knee started painfully clicking several months back, and all we found were big obnoxious products that wouldn't let him bend at the knee. The Futuro band holds his knee in place and gives him the freedom to bend super comfortably, and mind you he is 210 lbs of pure muscle, so if it can withstand him and give him comfortable support, it's pretty darn GREAT!Product Review: They work!

I am in my late 50s but still active in sports. My knee has been giving me problems recently. This brace is easy to use and, although lightweight, keeps the knee cap and all the surrounding elements in place.
