I like the taste of the chocolate full bars but they seem to fill me up for only a short period of time, then I crave more food. Maybe it's the sweetness of the taste? I am not sure but I feel like I crave and eat more food after eating these.Product Review: full bar exceeds expectations

reminded me of stale rice cereal. got better the more i ate of it but, idk i think just the glass of water would have filled me up just as much. started the special k diet, lost 6.5lbs and only been on it for a week and these still sit in my cupboard. not really low calorie for something that supposed to help you lose weight, 180 per bar. i wouldnt reccommend these for someone that is looking to lose a substantial amount of weight
