I've tried every conceivable bar out there, and have to say that this one is my favorite. I'm a HUGE fan of the Caramel Apple Crisp (as well as the chocolate), and eat one every day before my dinner. It actually works...I'm never able to eat more than half my plate after eating one of the bars before a meal, and helps kill my junk food cravings during the day. If you have a chance, also try the Truffulls. They're super good, and can take the place of a candy bar any day.
