I was initially cautious about this product, as I had seen in at a BBB next to the register and thought it was some sort of gimmick. I decided to give it a try after reading up on it a little more and after reading reviews on Amazon.
So far I've found it to be pretty good at neutralizing the air, and I have it in almost every room of my house. I like the fact that it contains natural elements to eliminate odors, rather than mask them. There's nothing worse than having to smell something like flowers or fruit mixed with the smell of garbage or poo at the same time. While this does have a fragrance to it, over time what you end up smelling is...nothing, and that's a refreshing thing.
It's pretty good at eliminating all the stale and unpleasant odors in your house, although it may take a while if you have something overly strong, such as the smell of deep fried foods. I have a cat, and I've found that it does pretty good at neutralizing the air in the place where her litter box is located. Of course, it's not going to suck the poo particles out of the air after she's just done it, but for long term maintenance purposes it does neutralize the air enough that you don't notice pet smells that strongly.
What I didn't like about this product is that I wish the refill container had a better pouring feature, so that it was less messy to refill the smaller jars I use to distribute throughout the house. I have also found that the gel tends to start crystallizing after a while when it's been sitting out around the house, and I'm not sure what to do to prevent that from occurring.
Other than that, I'm pleased with this product and will continue to buy it in the future. The next test would be to see how it stacks up to something like a baby's diaper bin, but I figure that it shouldn't be a problem if it can neutralize the nose-piercing, gut-wrenching, and gag-inducing stench of cat urine and poo.

I first discovered Fresh Wave when my husband put our small grill in the back of the SUV while camping. I stunk up the vehicle something awful so I started looking for a product to neutralize the odor without an overpowering perfume smell. In a shop outside of Yellowstone I ran into Fresh Wave and tried it. The odor was gone over night. A few years later we had a used car business and the smell of the cars after the auction cleaned them was very bad, so I would sit a small bowl of the Fresh Wave crystals in the cars for a day or two and they would smell wonderful. I think anyone that needs to neutralize an odor will be very happy with this product. Also try the spray.
