I bought this on recommendation from my chiroprator after a month of all day headaches resulting from spasming neck musles. This did relax me. And the headache went away, but only for 2 days. Then returned. The chiroprator didn't work either. My internist had to send me to physical therapy.
Though this product didn't work for was I wanted, it did cause me to relax. So I would take it again.

I began taking this product at the suggestion of my chiropractor for leg spasms associated with spinal stenosis and sciatica. I found that the spasms were diminished by 90% in severity and frequency in short order. They have continued to be reduced by that per centage, and entirely eliminated at times, for the six weeks I have been taking it.
I sleep better because the spasms are relieved but I do not see that it has otherwise been a sleep aid nor has it reduced back pain.
I have had no unpleasent side effects and I do not find that it has the offensive odor that some remark upon. I do not ordinarily have confidence in homeopathy but I would recommend this product for muscle spasms.
