My vet gave me these originally for my old dog who was not sleeping well. I read up on them and found they were anti-spasmodic (valerian) and tried one myself. Now I sleep MUCH better without the leg pains. No hangover, no sense of being drugged. I will always keep some of these around. Has anyone else noticed there is a single 5-star review almost every month going back a year and a half? Not two of them, not three of them, but one single five-star review every month. Like clockwork. And the 5-star reviews are a little too glowing. The users are just too excited over this product, especially in light of the reviews that say it doesn't work at all. I've been reading the latest review on this product since I'm ready to re-order another bottle of Formula 303. To those who are doubters, I thought I'd offer my opinion. I'm a forty-something female. I learned about Formula 303 from a co-worker who was using it because she suffered from insomnia. The product didn't seem to work for her, so she gave me the remainder of her bottle. I was having difficulty falling back asleep after getting up in the middle of the night to visit the bathroom. I would wake up at approx. 3 a.m., run to the toilet, and then return to bed only to toss and turn until my alarm would go off. When I take two tablets before bedtime, IF I wake up for a bathroom run in the middle of the night, I can come back to bed and easily fall back asleep. I've also noticed that I have much more vivid and memorable dreams when I'm taking Formula 303. I've been taking it off and on for two years. It's very subtle, but it seems to help me sleep more deeply. I have not used it for muscle tension. I really like that I don't wake up groggy if I take it--as I do if I take something like Tylenol PM, etc.Product Review: Formula 303
