Did not ease or eliminate the tightness and soreness in my joints and muscles. I tried this because of all the great reviews it was given, but it just didn't give me any of the results others were receiving. It did seem to help me sleep a little better. I've been looking for a way to deal with my anxiety and overall bad nerves and i must say this didnt work. I suppose i shouldve known better but i was desperate. My chiropractor recommended these to me. They work really well as muscle relaxants and don't leave you feeling drugged. I struggle with upper back muscle pain from too much computer work and general life tension :-)
While they aren't strong enough to eliminate extreme pain/spasms (9 or 10 on 0-10 scale), they work really well for muscle pain at mid and lower levels. I make sure I have a supply of this available at all times--home, work and especially when traveling.
One of the major ingredients is Valerian--this herb is also used for anxiety and insomnia, so you might find the tablets helpful for those problems too.
