I suffer from depression and anxiety which cosequently creates pain in my muscles. As with anti-depressants I have taken in the past I'm not sure I can tell the difference. But that is the way they work afterall. That being said I ran out and went without it for about two weeks. I was achey, grumpy and emotional. It took almost a week of these symptoms before I realized the link. I ordered and began taking again and I feel like I'm on an even keel again. So if you have tried anti-depressants/anti-anxiety meds I would reccommend this product because 1. it is natural 2. I feel like me, not numb and droney and 3. there are none of those ridiculous side effects. I have a normal libido (you know how those other drugs ruin that) and I smile naturally, things can make me cry but I just feel good and I have less body aches.Product Review: Overpriced. I tried 3 tablets at once, then 4.
It did nothing.

My chiropractor suggested this product after low back pain from shovelling snow. I did not follow his recommendation since his adjustment resolved the problem. Several months later, I tried the product as a relaxant at bedtime, since I have sleep issues. I find the product very helpful for that and decided to purchase more. The 250 tablets purchased through Amazon included free shipping and I was delighted at the savings over purchasing the smaller size through my chiropractor. I've learned that every chiropractor has their brand of product they use. This one came from my chiropractor, this is one of the few I actually use though. 1 or 2 during the day to help with problems when I pull my back, and 3-4 at night if I'm having trouble falling asleep.
