I have been suffering from anixety for over 14 years. February 2007 I came off all anxiety meds, with the intention of becoming holistic. As fate would have it, I injured my back and (long story short) I have tryed EVERYTHING. Been on pain piis, Fentynal patches, acupuncture, injection therapy.....ect. NOTHING worked. Not to mention my anxiety sky rocked! I ordered my first bottle 2 weeks ago, I just ran out and I can feel the difference. I am alot more physically comfortable and more relaxed while taking this herbal supplement. TRY this, if you are in a position like I was, and you will try almost anything.....then TRY these. Having upper, mid, and lower back spasm problems at times I sometimes need a muscle relaxer ... I hate the prescription kind because they make me feel a little weird, whereas with these I feel the relaxation in my body sans the brain fog I experience w/RX's ... This product is all natural, but if it weren't for the ingredient list, I would find it hard to believe. I suffer from muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders, former cheerleading injuries, and I can not live without this product. Any flare-ups are controlled within a few hours of taking and NO side effects during the day. I have remembered a few crazy dream sequences if taken before bed. It can also be used to relieve tension and stress, so the deeper sleep is most likely a result of this. I took it on a whim after the death of my sibling to see if it would settle my emotions. It does this as well, without making you feel like a zombie. It is non habit forming, unlike most prescription muscle relaxers, which I can not tolerate. It is DIFFICULT to find locally, only one vitamin store stocks it, and the price for the medium size bottle is almost the same as the LARGE bottle through Amazon. I decided to make sure I would never find myself without this product and broke down and ordered the large size. The value can't be beat! I have no qualms about letting friends and family try a few when they need it because I don't have to worry about running out! Now, they all swear by it and have ordered their own!Product Review: Awesome relief!

My Chiropractor kept recommending this; I ordered a small bottle the first time & ordered the largest bottle after. Worked on muscle spasms & relaxes me for bedtime. Very good for minor muscle aches. Try it.
