This product really helped my fooft pain both during the day and at night. It really helped support my arches and the side of my foot and reduced pain when walking on uneven surfaces like cobblestone pavings in Rome and Pompeii.Product Review: Not worth it

I was disappointed with the quality for the price. It might be okay for someone who is not rough on footwear. This did not last very long. Also, it didn't really help very much with the heel pain.Product Review: Poor ordering process and poor customer service.

I ordered a left foot and a right foot version of this product, but recceived 2 left foot versions. I phoned customer service who checked the order and told me that the way Amazon set-up the order on line for these products they could not tell whether left or right versions were ordered. The person I spoke with said they could not correct the order since it was more of an "Amazon problem", but that their special customer representative that handles Amazon orders would telephone me by the end of the day to discuss the matter. I never recieved another call from a customer representative.
The sizing of the product also seems to be inaccurate. I ordered the proper size based upon their guidelines, but the portion that wraps around the ankle is far too loose and hence seems at least one size too large.
