Put this product in your shoe, then put your foot in your shoe and the whole thing just balls up. I tried duct taping it to the insole but duct tape wouldn't stick to it. The whole thing is made of silicone which I guess would feel good if it stayed in place instead of rolling up in a ball. Useless.
