I'm not going to lie. It's no miracle worker if you have a 4'' heel, but it sure helps A LOT, especially the day after.
They're easy to put on the shoe, they have stayed there (I've used the same pair of shoes 5 times now, and it's still there), and the don't show.
So, yes, I'd totally recommend it, but it's not something you HAVE to buy, after all, if you'd rather not suffer on heels...buy shorter ones. ;)

These are the best shoe inserts I've tried - in my experience, the Dr. Scholls gel inserts only made my shoes LESS comfortable! *Be sure to use these with shoes that are 1/2 size too large or in shoes that have stretched out a bit. If you add them to heels that are already snug they will make the shoes too small for your feet. I use these in conjunction with the Heavenly Heelz, which keep the back of heels from slipping off my feet as I walk, both alleviating blisters AND protecting my hosiery. Also, pick the spot where you want to place the insert and stick it and leave it there. If you pick it up again and move it, its stickiness will diminish and it won't last very long.
A worthwhile investment considering how much a good pair of heels costs! These (along with Heavenly Heelz) allow me to wear heels all day, rather than limping after lunchtime :)

This product definitely succeeds in aleviating the slide-forward problem in strappy sandals. The is still some degree of sliding, but nowhere near as much as without the "foot petals." Best part is that I can't feel anything extra in my shoe after installing these, feels as if they are not there.Product Review: a must

The foot pedals are the ideal product for those of us who wear heels alot. It protects the ball of my foot, can be worn with sandals, especially sandals.
It's a good product because I just purchased more. I do recommend this product, it's a foot saver.
