My wife wanted a foot spa and I began my search via the web and noticed that most people weren't pleased with their foot spas they complained of loud noises, jets (i.e. bubbles) were not powerful, or just plain cheap.I decided to give Sharper Image or Brookstone a try. Sharper Image claimed that their spa kept the water warm but were out of stock (a good sign) but I wanted one immediately and gave Brookstone a try. My wife loved it! She frequents the nail salons for pedicures and stated that this machine was just like the ones at the salon in regards to features and comfort. She was VERY thankful. I have also experienced the jets and the water temperature and it works as advertised. You won't be dissatisfied. There are cheaper ones but IMHO this is worth the money. Bought this foot bath for my father's Christmas present. He loved it UNTIL it started to leak. You have to take the stopper out to dump out the water. When we put the stopper back in it started to leak. So we tried to tighten it and that didn't work. So my father said that we should go and get some more O rings for the stopper. Tried that. Only to have the whole stopper crack in half. It had been cracked and we didn't even know it. I have called Brookstone twice so that we can send it back. First time talked to rep and said that they would send an email with the shipping label to send it back. Four days later called again. Different rep-said that they had never even sent the email. And oh by the way we are not going to sell that foot bath anymore. She said she would send email so that I could return it-guess what four days have gone by again and not one word from Brookstone. Going to have to call again. And all this time my father is without his Christmas gift. This whole situation has been a Review: Soothe your feet!Summary: 4 Stars This is an excellent foot bath. I called two Brookstone stores in the Houston area, and neither had this product, which bears their name; however, both had a lower-priced Conair brand in stock. It seems strange that this would be so. The local stores had no knowledge of their own brand, which I decided to purchase through Amazon. I received quick delivery and am pleased with the design and function of this soothing heat bath. I could have given it five stars, but it is too soon to declare it that perfect. A couple of months from now, I may very well give it the fifth star. I doubt that there is a better one to be found.

Easy to use and keep clean, I use this foot bath every other day to help with arthritic symptoms. The only drawback is not being able to use any products in the bath water. The recommendation is that most products clog the jets. However, I am glad I made the purchase, since it seems well designed. I have owned it for a month.
