I bought this DVD along with a 6 X 36 foam roller. This is a DVD-R and the production values are very home made. The length of the DVD is 30 minutes and includes 4 sections: Getting Started, Stretching, Strengthening and Massage. Visually, the workout is appealing, the voice over instruction is good and the voice is soothing and I like the background music. For the price and the production qualities, buy a book and get a lot more information and, I'm sure, a lot more content in regards to what one can do with a foam roller.
