Worth the hefty price tag if you need a daily iron supplement and a great choice for vegetarians (although not for vegans as it contains honey). Tastes okay, but is one of those things you'd want to drink before something else (the way orange juice is the wrong thing after toothpaste - it's got a tartness that 'fights' with other flavors). Prices online seem on par with prices in health-food stores... but if you're low on iron and looking for a meat-free source, this is a good one.
