My doctor stated I should take Omega 3-6-9 fatty acids due to family health history (heart problems). I told her the fish oil capsules usually "bring up" a foul taste after taking them. I'll let you all know after my cholesterol results come in. My friend said that I would have increased strength. I didn't believe him but it does seem to be true. I am listing considerably healthier weights for a guy of 55 I thought I had reached my peak. I am taking other cholesterol medicines but I should be able to see if the good cholesterol numbers go up. If they do, I will scale back on some of my meds. and continue with this. Time will tell.
Well my tests came back and this was no help. I haven't updated this for a while, so I can say that I changed meds after the big disappointment with this product. I got great results with a cheap generic cholesterol med- simvistatin.
