After reading some of the reviews that knocked it for it's taste I wasn't expecting a lot. However, the taste is fine! I take it straight without mixing it with water but instead drink a glass afterward and the taste is not bad. It is very smooth, not gelly or syrupy or chalky.
I've used this as part of my own prenatal vitamin routine and have felt so good. Before I added this into the mix I had bouts of sluggishness and fatigue. I was also slightly anemic. No more! I can keep up with my 2 yo son, do errands, clean and cook and not feel completely spent at the end of the day. I'm really excited about this supplement and heartily recommend it.
