Customer Review: A Great Patch for Those Doing Eye Exercises

Hetep and Respect Good Spirit, some time ago I started doing Heru Eye TuneUp exercises. My vision dramatically improved however, to isolate one eye for some of the exercises I had to hold one hand over the eye not being exercised.
A friend told me that if I used a patch on the eye not being exercised it would allow that eye to relax and make the exercise more effective.
I bought the one size fits all (I am 6'1"), it was inexpensive and it works just fine. I recommend it for anyone doing eye exercises.
