This has to be the best product on the market for hemorrhoidal relief. I don't know why it's not carried at most drugstores - at least it's not where I live. It's hands down better than Preperation H. My doctor had never even heard of it when I asked him. I found it thru my brother who lives in another state. Anyway, this product works miracles!!
